Start by reaching out to the SRS Support Team. You can:

• Email support@studentroomstay.com
• Use the Help button in your host dashboard
• Call the number provided in your placement confirmation (for urgent matters)

Let us know what’s happening and we’ll work with both you and the student to resolve the issue quickly.
