What if my student cancels or doesn’t arrive?

Occasionally, a student may cancel last-minute or experience travel delays. If this happens:

  • We’ll notify you immediately
  • You won’t be penalized or left in the dark — we’ll stay in contact
  • If another student is available, we may offer a new match

Unfortunately, you won’t receive payment for students who don’t arrive, but your profile will remain active for future opportunities.

Due to the nature of international programs — including factors like agencies, embassies, and travel logistics — we cannot guarantee placements, though we always aim to match as many hosts as possible.
