What documents or checks do I need to complete?
Here’s what’s required before you’re approved to host:
- Background check (for everyone 18+ in the home)
- W-9 tax form (U.S. only)
- Bank details for direct deposit
- ID verification (via background check form)
- Photos and a short video walkthrough of your home
All of these are completed through our mobile inspection form, onboarding links, or portal.
