Is the matching fee refundable if I decide not to move forward with a host family?

The matching fee is not refundable once SRS has presented a host family for your consideration, even if you ultimately decide not to move forward with that placement.

For this reason, the matching fee covers the work involved in identifying and presenting a qualified host family, rather than the final placement outcome itself.
